This CCPA Policy is published by Ascribe, a division of Trident Services, LLC and its subsidiaries or affiliates (referred to herein as “Ascribe”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This CCPA Policy applies to any California resident who we receive information from or about, including but not limited to applicants, customers, consumers, vendors, and users of the Ascribe website (referred to herein as “you” or “your”).
This CCPA Policy applies to all information collected through our website http://www.ascribe.com and/or any related sites, services, sales, marketing, or events (referred to herein as the “Services”).
This CCPA Policy is provided in supplement to our Privacy Policy.
The California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with specific rights regarding personal information. Personal information does not include information that may be publicly available via federal, state or local government records or aggregated consumer information.

Categories indicated as “Yes” Ascribe Collects designate types of information received during our normal course of business. Categories indicated as “Incidentally” Ascribe Collects signifies that this type of information is not normally requested or collected and is not necessary for fulfillment of our products or services but may be received infrequently.
For each of the categories listed above, Ascribe collects information for the purpose of fulfilling products and services; to improve our products or services; or to share information with you about our products or services. Our sources of information include our website and our clients (real estate lenders and service providers), who may have requested products or services on your behalf.
Selling/Sharing Your Personal Information
Requests
California residents have the right to request that we disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses and sells. If you are a California resident, California law allows you to request information about the Categories of Personal Information (as defined by California law) collected, sold, or disclosed by us; the purposes for which the categories of Personal Information collected by us are used; the sources of information from which we collect Personal Information; and the specific pieces of Personal Information. Furthermore, California residents also have the right to request that we delete the personal information collected or maintained by us and our service providers, in some circumstances.
During our normal course of business, Ascribe may share your personal information with our affiliates or service providers for the purpose of fulfilling product and service requests. Ascribe does not sell the personal information we may collect about you.
To exercise those rights:
Ascribe will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days of receipt and respond within 45 days unless you are otherwise notified of additional time necessary to respond. We will respond via mail or electronically, as you prefer.
When you make a request to exercise your rights, we will ask you to provide information by which we will verify your request as per the CCPA Collection Form. We will review the information you provide and may request additional information via email or phone to confirm the identity of the individual making the request.
As a California consumer you may also designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. For more information, visit https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa. Only you or your authorized agent may make a consumer request related to your personal information, and it must provide enough information to identify you, and if applicable, verify your authorized agent. If we are unable to verify the identity of the person making the request, we may deny the request in order to protect your personal information.
Please be aware that that there may be circumstances in which the law prohibits us from fulfilling your request or otherwise does not require us to fulfill your request.
Minors
Our Services are not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from consumers under the age of 18.
